Return & Refund Policy

Before requesting a return, please contact our support team.

In many cases, we can resolve concerns regarding product appearance, usage, shipping, or expectations without requiring a return.

Many BriarAtelier products are handcrafted after an order is placed.

Because custom-made or made-to-order products may not be suitable for resale, returns for these items are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

We encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully before placing an order.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the issue.

We will work with you to provide an appropriate solution.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
