Made-to-Order Products
Many BriarAtelier products are handcrafted after an order is placed.
Because custom-made or made-to-order products may not be suitable for resale, returns for these items are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
We encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully before placing an order.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original condition.
The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
